Gender & Gender Identity

The foundation of a disciple is believing in Jesus, trusting His word, and sharing the gospel. The best time to develop this is during the early years of life. We want to help equip your children by teaching them God’s word on their level, how to take what they’ve learned and apply it to their lives, and then giving them opportunities to put it into action. We do this while building relationships and community in a fun, engaging environment.
Sunday Mornings @ 9:30am – Elementary Gathering (1st-3rd grade only)
The elementary ministry has a worship service every Sunday at 9:30am for all 1st-3rd graders. Please make sure your child is checked in before they are dropped off.
Sunday Mornings @ 11:00am – Community Groups
Elementary community groups are divided by age and take children through the Bible at an age appropriate level. Groups are divided into 1st– 3rd grade and 4th-6th grade. Each group is taught biblical truths using crafts, games, object lessons, and group discussions.
Wednesday Nights @ 6:15pm
The elementary ministry meets as one large group for worship and Bible Study. The group is then broke into small groups for discussion and life application. Snacks and activities are at the beginning of class.
Every summer we have Vacation Bible School for all 1st-6th graders and we take our 3rd-6th graders to Kids Camp!
At Grace, we want every family to feel welcomed here. To meet the needs of our community, we provide care for children with special needs. Our children's minister will speak with you about how best to insure your child's safety and care while engaging in all we have to offer.
The safety of your children is of the utmost importance to us as we know it is to you. This is why we require all elementary volunteers to pass background checks and take safety prevention training before serving in the ministry. Those are also required to be renewed and updated as needed. Check-in stickers are used to ensure a safe drop off and pick up of each child. This check in system also allows us to keep up with any special needs your child may have (ex. food allergies).
